Oh Momma,

I miss and love you more than any words could ever express. You were my best friend, my faith partner, my confidante, my life mentor, and the glue that held our family together. I will miss our daily 9:00 PM calls, your life advise, your child-like humor, our Friday visits, your tight/long hugs, our political discussions (demoncrats LOL), our shared love of our Savior, ice cream, NCIS, the Nittany Lions, dogs (well, any animals), and most of all our family. You were the strongest woman ever, and certainly had your share of ups and downs in life. Through it all, you never focused on yourself or your personal struggles. Instead, even when you knew you had little time left on earth, you never complained...and always expressed concern for everyone but yourself. Your faith was strong as a rock and your prayer connection with God moved mountains. The only prayer not answered was your own healing from stage 4 cancer...but the end came swift and gently, and we realized God needed you in Heaven as your work on earth was completed. My heart aches knowing you're no longer a phone call away...but you assured me you'd save a place for me and other family members in Heaven. When the time comes, I know that you'll be at the gate to greet me.

Thank you for being the best mother ever. I'm truly honored to have grown up under your loving care. May God bless you with many crowns...and may your life with the Most High be everything that you taught us it would be.

My love for you is strong, unconditional, respectful and everlasting...and I look forward to the day that I'll be with you again.
